About this role:

The Membership Coordinator will support a key LRQA multistakeholder client in the RMG industry whose focus is on improving factory worker and workplace safety.  Our client drives transformational change in factory safety management with an approach based on robust management systems and leveraging the business relationships between their members and their supplying factories. 


Primary responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and onboard new clients to achieve operational excellence
  • Manage all membership invoices, payments and records
  • Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure onboarding experience is optimal
  • Travel and event planning support
  • Provide onboarding support to ensure timely, accurate and positive experiences
  • Identity customer needs and provide effective solutions to their queries
  • Deliver excellent customer service

 

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
  • Working knowledge of Trackstar, Wordpress, Sharepoint, Docusign
  • Self-starter; able to work independently and build additional skills as the organization evolves or technology improves
  • Advanced Excel Skills,
  • Inter-Personal Skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent organization skills
