§  Allocating, printing, and verification of outbound orders. This extends, but is not limited to all Department Stores, LTL, UPS, FedEx, and discount stores.

Ø  Perform the daily routine of inventory control functions, as it relates to item velocity, cycle counting, adjustments, associate/systemic errors, and provide analysis report to management.

Ø  Quality control. Drop tests, carton content integrity, UPC validation.

Ø  Bin maintenance. Accuracy of bin/carton and bin identification.

Ø  Ensure compliance of quality standards, and adhere to expected deadlines required by the company, customer and/or the supervisor.

Ø  Back up duties may extend to loading/unloading trucks and/or containers, picking, receiving, parts/returns, amongst any other warehouse activities necessary as the business demands.

Ø  Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; tracks orders and investigates variances between the ERP and WMS systems.

Ø  Provide guidance and feedback to team members as per supervisor or manager request.

Ø   Maintain a clean work area at all the times and adhere to Warehouse Rules and Regulations.

Keep all company information confidential and controlled as expected in a team lead role

§  Scheduling of all outbound shipments and documenting all appointments in the WMS scheduling management tool

§  Read, comprehend, and communicate all changes in routing guides, on a weekly basis.

§  Ability to prioritize efficiently

§  Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

§  Adhering to all safety rules and housekeeping requirements.

§  This associate is expected to comply with the attendance policy by being prompt to work and scheduling time off 24 hours in advance, apart from sick time.

§  Collaborate with peers

§  May perform tasks outside of his/her primary function and other reasonable duties as requested from a team lead or manager.

§  Follow ALL emails and reply promptly.
