Job DescriptionJob Description

Property Manager Responsibilities:

  • Process Annual and Interim Recertifications

  • Interviewing applicants and application processing.

  • Addressing tenant complaints and inspecting vacated units.

  • Collection and posting of rent.

  • Maintaining property records and member unit files

  • Preparing reports on the financial performance of properties.

  • Terminating leases and initiating eviction proceedings.

Role Requirements:

  • 2 years of project based section 8 property management experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software – Onesite experience a bonus

  • Strong Organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Great exceptional service skills

  • COS certified preferred
