Job DescriptionJob Description

As a Senior Logistic Manager with One Source Freight Solutions, you will provide leadership, supervision, and support to optimize relationships with carriers, direct involvement in white glove/reverse logistics operations, and customer service in a non asset based 3PL. Demonstrate leadership in customer and employee satisfaction and relations. This position will be based out of our Phoenix office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing high levels of customer service, operational logistics experience, the ability to work in a team environment, and leadership experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement comprehensive logistics strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Analyze and forecast logistics needs to ensure the company meets its operational and financial goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the logistics team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Oversee daily logistics operations, including routing, dispatching, and freight management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Identify and resolve problems using sound and accurate judgment.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High school degree required. College degree in supply chain, logistic or related degree preferred.
  • Must have at least five (5) years of experience in supply chain, logistics or freight forwarding.
  • Must have at least three (3) years of management/supervision experience.
  • Freight industry knowledge with an emphasis on non asset based transportation, White Glove service and reverse logistics required.
  • Provide a high level of customer service.
  • Manage high call volume and high email volume.
  • Must be dependable, outgoing, and positive.
  • Provide direction, purpose, and support to achieve objectives.
  • Multitask and determine priorities.
  • Proficiency with computers, TMS systems and Microsoft Office.
