Job Description:
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to enhance our brand presence, connect with our audience, and drive engagement. You will create compelling content, manage our social media channels, and analyze performance to optimize results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc.)
- Create engaging content including posts, stories, graphics, and videos
- Schedule and publish content consistently, aligning with our brand voice and goals
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely manner
- Analyze and report on key metrics to assess the performance of social media campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies
- Collaborate with the team to support campaigns, promotions, and other marketing initiatives

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail
- Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Passionate about music, creativity, and connecting with audiences
