Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Lead social media strategy, from ideation to content creation, implementation, and reporting.
  • Build and nurture digital communities across platforms, enhancing engagement and brand image.
  • Manage the content calendar; create, schedule, and publish compelling daily content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and X, with a focus on boosting engagement, conversions, and traffic.
  • Produce and edit high-quality video content that aligns with brand aesthetics and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create monthly e-blasts for holidays, events, and featured brands.

Brand Management:

  • Adhere to and implement brand guidelines for key partners like Rolex, Tudor, and Parmigiani, including content creation, posting schedules, and response management.
  • Work with in-store teams to capture and promote authentic content that boosts brand engagement.

Content Creation:

  • Drive digital media content creation, with a focus on social media and video.
  • Utilize tools like Canva to design visually appealing posts, stories, and promotional materials, including emails, invitations, banners, and posters.

Inventory Management:

  • Oversee Shopify inventory, adjusting product quantities daily on our e-commerce site.
  • Optimize product display on , improving images, titles, descriptions, layout, and tags to drive sales.
  • Handle additional duties as assigned by the Manager.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Respond to social media messages and inquiries within specified timeframes.
  • Coordinate with external and internal teams to launch new initiatives like the Pre-Owned Email Blast and TikTok postings.
  • Update Airtable for banner placements and prioritize orders based on monthly brand requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Shopify, Canva, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.
