ACCOUNTING ANALYST NEEDED ASAP

REMOTE OPPORTUNITY (DFW local only)  -  CONTRACT TO HIRE $28-30/HR

Look no further because Imprimis Group has partnered with a top services company in The Colony area, and they have an immediate need for an Accounting Analyst. This is a great opportunity for someone who is a self-starter and enjoys full cycle accounting.

Job Details:

  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable including billing, payment posting, journal entries, 3-way matching and research.
  • Develop and manage financial and operational reports to support the organization’s financial reporting needs.
  • Applying deposits and monitoring the accounts receivable associated with the respective clients.
  • Perform assigned accounting and related data mining functions for reporting purposes.
  • Process a large variety of documents, reports, and records including month end and account reconciliation.
  • Research, track and resolve discrepancies, and make recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience. (BS in Accounting preferred)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of full cycle accounting experience required.
  • Experience with various accounting systems, databases, and reporting tools (NetSuite and SQL server database experience is desired)
  • Proven Experience in effectively working in a cross-functional environment, interacting with multiple departments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manipulate reports using Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPS.
  • Flexible, responds well in a fast paced and dynamic environment with the ability to use critical thinking skills and open to learning new ideas/skills.
  • Positive demeanor with strong organizational skills who is a team player.
  • Self-starter, attentive to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to acquire needed information from various sources.
