We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Home Health Marketing and Sales Outreach Coordinator to join our team and help us grow our network of referrals.

Job Description: As a Home Health Marketing and Sales Outreach Coordinator, you will play a critical role in driving our growth by developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources. You will be responsible for generating referrals for our home health care services, ensuring a steady stream of clients in need of our compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase referrals and grow the client base.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, and other potential referral sources.
  • Conduct outreach activities such as presentations, meetings, and community events to promote our services.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care for referred clients.
  • Track and report on referral sources, activities, and outcomes to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, Medicare regulations, and reimbursement processes to provide accurate information to referral sources.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in generating referrals for home health care services.
  • Experience with a book of business throughout  Macomb, Wayne & Oakland
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of Medicare regulations and reimbursement processes preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Must have a clear criminal background check.
