Our client is seeking a Territory Sales Manager who will develop and manage relationships with new client referral sources within the medical and in-home healthcare sectors. This position will create and execute a territory sales plan, ensuring that milestones and growth targets are met. Responsibilities include developing strategic partnerships, providing regular sales reports and forecasts to the executive team, and maintaining consistent communication with new and existing referral sources. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of experience in territory management, a proven track record in building strong referral relationships, and excellent time management, documentation, and follow-up skills.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience managing a territory within the medical, third-party care, or a related field. They will demonstrate strong relationship-building skills, a proven track record in establishing new referral sources, and the ability to develop strategic plans to position our client as a key referral partner.

  • Expertise in the in-home health market and collaboration with the executive team to manage referral source relationships are essential.
  • Excellent time management, documentation, and follow-up skills are required

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Developing and Engaging New Client Referral Sources: Responsible for identifying and establishing relationships with new client referral sources, ensuring successful engagement.
  • Territory Sales Plan and Strategy Execution: Develop a comprehensive territory sales plan and execute strategies to meet milestones and growth targets.
  • Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the executive team, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Weekly Travel to Referral Sources: Travel regularly to both new and existing referral sources to maintain and strengthen relationships.
  • Consistent Communication: Maintain consistent and regular digital communication with new and existing referral sources to ensure ongoing engagement and support.
