They will demonstrate strong relationship-building skills, a proven track record in establishing new referral sources, and the ability to develop strategic plans to position our client as a key referral partner.
- Expertise in the in-home health market and collaboration with the executive team to manage referral source relationships are essential.
- Excellent time management, documentation, and follow-up skills are required
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing and Engaging New Client Referral Sources: Responsible for identifying and establishing relationships with new client referral sources, ensuring successful engagement.
- Territory Sales Plan and Strategy Execution: Develop a comprehensive territory sales plan and execute strategies to meet milestones and growth targets.
- Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the executive team, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Weekly Travel to Referral Sources: Travel regularly to both new and existing referral sources to maintain and strengthen relationships.
- Consistent Communication: Maintain consistent and regular digital communication with new and existing referral sources to ensure ongoing engagement and support.
