Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned High-End Residential Court Design Consultant/Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for a high-ticket sales professional with a proven track record in home improvement sales, particularly in luxury and bespoke projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive in-person sales experience, a strong ability to connect with affluent clients, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This is a 100% commission role with significant growth potential to become a national sales director.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with high-end residential clients across Tennessee to promote our bespoke sport court construction services.
- Utilize provided leads to schedule and conduct in-person consultations, showcasing the unique benefits and quality of CSTMBUILT.com’s court construction.
- Sell pre-construction agreements, securing a 10% deposit of the projected project cost to begin the feasibility and design process.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements, translating these into detailed design plans and architectural renderings.
- Present and refine design options, ensuring all customization requests are met and providing clients with a clear, constructible version of their desired court.
- Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, design iterations, and project progress.
- Work with internal teams to ensure timely, on-budget delivery and uphold CSTMBUILT.com’s reputation for excellence.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in high-ticket sales, preferably in the home improvement sector.
- Proven track record of successful in-person sales and closing deals with high-end clients.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
- Strong understanding of the luxury market and the unique needs of affluent clients.
- Ability to visualize and articulate design concepts clearly and effectively.
- Self-motivated, with a strong drive to exceed sales targets and earn high commissions.
- Willingness to travel within Tennessee as needed.

Growth Potential:
- This role offers significant growth potential, with the opportunity to advance to a national sales director position.
- We have plans to expand into 20 markets over the next few years, including Hamptons Montauk this month, Atlanta this month, and Charleston later this year on Kiawah Island.
