POSITION TITLE: Front Office Coordinator
JOB TYPE: Full-time
SALARY: $14.00 - $18.00/hour
REPORTS TO: Front Office Manager
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Front Office Coordinator will be responsible for handling incoming phone calls and other communications, greeting clients and visitors, managing client files, performing data entry and other general office duties.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle all incoming calls, emails, and voicemails
Create client tickets and input data into CRM system
Setting up services within the CRM system
Receiving and distributing office mail
Greet clients, visitors, and assist clients
Update paperwork and maintain documents
Provide backup with accounts receivable
Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have high school diploma or equivalent
Experience as an office assistant or in related fields preferred
Ability to write clearly
Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently
Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment
General knowledge of CRM systems preferred
