This position is with a small but fast growing construction company in the Tomball area.

The New Start Coordinator will gather information about an upcoming job into the field management system called JobNimbus. This will include building plans, plot plan, Customer PO, AAC and vendor estimates, city/county permits, building plan modifications, site legal information (Bld, Lot, Sec), etc.

 

Experience ordering and construction scheduling would be a plus.

Good communication, excellent attendance and attention to detail is extremely important.

Professional, detail oriented and strong interpersonal skill a must

 

Job Type: Full-time

  • Very organized
  • Strong computer skills
  • Detail Oriented
  • Experience within Construction, Manufacturing, Design, and related fields a plus
  • 100% office work, 8-5 M-F
  • Good communication skills
  • Work within the Inside Operations team
  • Work as liaison between Estimating, Operations, and Inside Operations. Some customer contact as needed
  • Print building and plot plans

This is a full time permanent position with benefits.

In-office/on-site 40 hours/week.
