●           Assist with planning for quarterly reporting (prepare quarterly calendars and request lists)

●           Prepare quarterly SEC filings (Earnings package, SEC Forms 10-Q and 10-K)

●           Prepare supporting schedules and tie-outs

●           Perform peer group SEC filing research

●           Prepare requests for external auditors

●           Prepare GAAP checklist for external auditors

●           Prepare quarterly lender reporting packages

Qualifications & Skills:

●           Team player

●           Good communication and writing skills

●           Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

●           US GAAP knowledge

●           Public accounting, publicly-traded or private company reporting experience (2 - 4 years)

●           Analytical and problem solving skills

●           Microsoft Excel, Word and Adobe PDF software knowledge
