Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile quarterly SEC submissions (e.g., 10-Q, 10-K, XBRL).
  • Calculate quarterly stock-based compensation.
  • Prepare quarterly earnings per share, cash flow statements, and equity rollforward.
  • Assist in the creation and presentation of quarterly closing slides.
  • Support the preparation of quarterly ASC 842 lease and commission accounting schedules.
  • Conduct U.S. GAAP technical research on complex accounting matters as needed.
  • Help draft and maintain global accounting policies and documentation.
  • Engage in special projects to enhance ongoing process improvements and SOX compliance efforts.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent practical experience.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • Experience in financial reporting or a related role.
  • Familiarity with Workiva's SEC reporting module and Excel.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong project management, communication, analytical, and writing skills, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in public accounting and/or multinational high-tech companies.
  • Experience with technical accounting issues.
  • Comprehensive understanding of GAAP accounting principles and SEC reporting regulations.
  • Knowledge of ASC 718, ASC 842, and/or commission accounting is advantageous.
  • Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace collaboration tools is preferred.

Compensation:
USD $119,000 - $179,000.00 / Year.

Pay Transparency Statement:
Salary ranges are determined based on role, level, and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical areas, the base salary range reflects the labor market across those locations.
