Responsibilities:

  • Perform inspection of all incoming material; perform in-process and final inspections, as required; maintain calibration pool of test equipment and tools.
  • Work with Quality Assurance Management to plan and prioritize projects that are in accordance with the objectives and strategic plans of the company.

Qualifications:

  • High School education or equivalent
  • Must be able to read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
  • Must be familiar with mil-spec/industry equivalent workmanship requirements.
  • Must have excellent communication skills in English coupled with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing work environment; electronic packaging environment is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of various quality control systems such as ISO9001 / AS9100, 14 CFR Part 21, SPC, TQM, etc.
  • Working knowledge of J-STD-001 and IPC A-610
