MDM Support Technician

Initial 3 month contract period then can be extended long term based on performance

Scope of Work:

Client will provide end users self-help instruction. MDM administrator will need assistance to provide field support during the migration when the user is having trouble or call for assistance during the migration.

Skills/Experience Requirement:

  • Azure VDI 
  • Mobile operating system knowledge
    • iOS
    • Android
  • Mobile Device Management Administrator Experience
    • VMWare Workspace One
    • Microsoft Intune
  • Mac OS/JAMF experience is preferred but not required
  • Office 365
  • Image Maintenance (extensive background with imaging)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong customer services background
  • Work Location – Onshore Remote, Able to work Eastern and Central Standard Time Zone

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in MDM and Systems Engineering
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Past experience with Intune, JAMF, Air Watch, & vSphere
  • 10+ years of MDM experience
  • Previous ServiceNow / large ticketing exp
  • Previous AD experience
  • Teachable
  • Able to hit the ground running
  • Able to pass a background check/drug test prior to starting
