Autism Early Enrichment Services (AEES) is offering a unique opportunity for individuals who hold a bachelor's degree in psychology to enter into a rewarding role providing ABA to children birth-3 years old with Autism, through the NYS Early Intervention Program.

Prior experience is not needed, but a passion for helping children is AEES will provide comprehensive training and ongoing support and supervision to ensure your success in this new career.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work directly with toddlers with Autism to support their development

- Participate in a full training program provided by AEES specifically for this role

- Receive ongoing supervision and guidance from experienced professionals

- Provide home-based services across New York City's five boroughs

What we offer:

- $50 per hour of service

- A $5000 bonus upon completing 1000 hours of direct service

- Full coverage of all training costs including application fees, test fees, and materials

- Health insurance for employees providing at least 20 hours of direct service per week

- Travel reimbursement of $100 per month

- Paid sick days

- Malpractice insurance coverage

- Professional development support through continuing education reimbursement

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in psychology required

- Willing to travel within the five boroughs of New York City to provide in home services

- Strong commitment to helping children with Autism
