Are you a dedicated, compassionate, enthusiastic professional who is seeking to make a difference in the lives of young children? Young Minds Early Enrichment, LLC is a NYC DOH Approved Early Intervention Agency. We are currently interviewing aspiring Speech Language Pathologists.Positions available in Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, and Staten IslandEssential Duties and Responsibilities:- Provide screening, identification, assessment, diagnosis, treatment, intervention, and ongoing services for children with developmental delays and/or disabilities.- Educate family members and caregivers on different intervention strategies to facilitate active involvement and carry-over.- Perform services in diverse settings such as patient homes, family daycare homes, daycare centers, and/or other community settings.- Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families (in accordance with HIPAA and State & Federal regulations) and submit records to the agency within established deadlines- Duties as assigned by Clinical Supervisor/Director/Administration as it pertains to current positionRequirements:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesEducation / Work Experience / Skills:- NY Speech-language Pathologist license.- Completed Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology- Early Intervention Experience OR Equivalent Experience- Pediatric Experience- Home Based Service Delivery Experience (preferred)- Familiarity with computer programsTherapist Benefits:- Direct Deposit- Electronic Session NotesBenefits:- Flexible scheduleMedical Specialty:- Home Health- PediatricsSchedule:- 4 hour shift- 8 hour shift- After school- Choose your own hours- Day shift- Evening shift- Monday to Friday- Night shift- Weekends as neededWork Location: On the road
