Position: Manufacturing Customer Service Representative
Type: Full Time
Location: Casa Grande, AZ
Salary Range: $20.00 to $25.00 per Hour

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves handling various customer service tasks, including order management, product inquiries, and invoicing support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer and sales staff inquiries regarding order status, product information, invoicing discrepancies, availability, lead times, pricing, and shipping costs.
  • Prepare and process Returned Goods Authorizations and Credit Requests.
  • Handle credit card payments and provide comprehensive customer support by leveraging product knowledge.
  • Manage inbound sales calls and ensure effective communication with customers, management, and sales representatives.
  • Accurately enter purchase order data, ensuring alignment with customer orders, and generate and verify order acknowledgements.
  • Prepare and follow up on customer quotations.
  • Coordinate with relevant parties for orders requiring special handling, fabrication, or special parts.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of two years of customer service experience, preferably in construction, commercial, or manufacturing sectors.
  • A business-related certificate from a college or technical school is preferred, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Proficiency with Windows Office programs and strong order entry skills.
  • Keyboarding speed of at least 35 words per minute.
  • Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
