Position Description:
Campus Aides provide support to the Student Services Manager and school administration on the implementation of school-wide behavior systems and student supports. The Campus Aide will also participate in the active supervision of hallways, common areas, monitoring/redirection of students, and will support in classrooms as needed.
Reporting:
This position reports to the Principal or Assistant Principal.
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Pay Cycle: 10 months
Salary: Commensurate with Experience (16.50/hour -$22.00/hour)

Essential Functions:
CAMPUS LEADERSHIP- Support with the implementation of Positive Behavior Intervention Support (PBIS).
- Support with the professional development of Campus Aides and contracted support staff.
- Serve as a member of the School Culture Team.
- Lead restorative and mentorship activities designed to intervene with students in need.
- Engage in positive interactions with staff, parents and students.
- Reinforce school-wide behavior expectations to promote positive student behavior.
- Supervise hallways, and other common areas during Nutrition and Lunch periods
- Supervise students before, during and after school.
- Assist in classrooms as needed
CAMPUS AIDE SUPPORT
- Support with the training and onboarding of newly hired Campus Aides, contracted support staff, and substitute aides, as needed
- Plan and co-lead professional development sessions for Campus Aides, and support staff.
- Maintain and account Nutrition/Lunch equipment throughout the year. Suggest equipment orders when necessary.
- Receive and appropriately log daily Accident and Incident Reports.
- Provide support to high needs students when necessary/requested.
PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers
- Arrive to work on time daily
- Arrive to work assignments on time throughout the school day
- Adhere to school/ICEF policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements: Minimum Qualifications:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
● High School Diploma or equivalent required.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
