Law Office of Kandell, Kandell & Petrie, PA is currently seeking a full-time, permanent discovery coordinator/paralegal to join our busy property practice.

RESPONSIBILITIES would include:

  • Preparing responses to interrogatories and requests for production on behalf of clients.
  • Coordinating with attorneys/law clerks and assigning discovery and writing assignments.
  • Training and assisting law clerks to ensure continuity of handling.
  • Interviewing clients about their property damage claims.
  • e-filing pleadings and propounding discovery.

Desired Skills:

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks;
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written);
  • Ability to meet and manage deadlines.
