Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAscension Global Staffing & Executive Search is partnering with a prestigious boutique litigation firm based in Miami, FL, in the search for an experienced Commercial Litigation Paralegal. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the firm's legal team in handling complex commercial litigation cases. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned paralegal seeking a challenging and rewarding role within a dynamic legal environment.Responsibilities:1. **Case Management:**
- Assist attorneys in organizing case materials, maintaining case files, and managing litigation timelines.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support case strategies.2. **Document Preparation and Review:**
- Draft, review, and edit legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
- Manage document production, including discovery requests and responses.3. **Court Filings:**
- Prepare and file legal documents with state and federal courts.
- Monitor court deadlines and ensure timely compliance.4. **Trial Support:**
- Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, coordinating witness interviews, and preparing trial binders.
- Attend court proceedings as required and provide support to attorneys during trials.5. **Client Communication:**
- Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates on case progress.
- Coordinate meetings and maintain effective client relations.**Qualifications:**1. Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certification from an accredited institution.
2. Proven experience as a paralegal with a focus on commercial litigation.
3. Strong knowledge of legal procedures, court rules, and document management.
4. Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
6.
