Trinity Commercial Realty is a fast growing company located in Westlake across from The Promenade and Crocker Park. We are a boutique real estate brokerage and property management company. Although we are almost 5 years old, we have a combined 46 years of real estate experience in the Northeast Ohio area.

We are looking for an experienced, motivated and knowledgeable candidate to fill a commercial real estate administrative assistant/property management admin position at our Westlake office.

The right candidate for this position will be a highly-motivated self-starter that pays significant attention to detail and maintains the ability to perform an array of duties in the commercial real estate field. The candidate must have savvy MARKETING and computer skills. You will work closely with the broker and property manager to ensure timely delivery of real estate documents, communications, and marketing materials to maximize efficiency on all real estate transactions.

Additional property management duties will include:

  • researching properties and running comparables
  • electronically filling out real estate forms
  • setting up appointments with clients for showings
  • entering charges and receivables into Buildium, our property management software
  • paying and recording invoices

Associate degree preferred but will consider candidates with equivalent experience.

We will need you for approximately 20-25 hours per week.

We are somewhat flexible with start and end hours.

There is definitely a chance to grow this into a full time position.

Skill Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience creating marketing flyers/brochures or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of commercial real estate admin knowledge/experience
  • Researching properties in LoopNet, CoStar, Crexi and the MLS
  • 1-2 years of accounts payable experience
  • Sending documents for signature via DocuSign
  • 1+ years of property management experience
  • Property management software experience (Buildium preferred)
  • Associate degree strongly preferred
  • Experience with the Microsoft Suite of applications
  • Highly organized and great with follow up
  • Digital marketing skills
  • Excellent research skills
  • Ability to analyze and explain commercial real estate listings and marketing materials
  • Experience with Adobe Suite a plus
  • Ability to multitask and rapidly switch between assignments

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
