Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Leasing Agent to join our growing team The Leasing Consultant is responsible for assisting the Property Manager in achieving occupancy targets by coordinating all phases of leasing.

Responsibilities:

  • Answers phones, sets appointments
  • Works with the Property Manager to implement the marketing plan
  • Conducts outreach marketing efforts and records and tracks the results
  • Conduct market surveys and suggest corrective course of action for subject site
  • Prepares lease documents for execution
  • Prepares lease files after move-in
  • Sends out lease renewal letters and renewal leases
  • Reviews Lease Hawk calls
  • Walk units and make sure units are move in ready
  • Lease apartments
  • Following up on all leads
  • Process resident applications for occupancy
  • Assist residents with maintenance request
  • Other duties as may be necessary to achieve the owners goals and objectives

Qualifications:

  • Must be Bilingual
  • Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Previous leasing experience a plus but not required we will train you
  • Highly motivated and detail oriented
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Additional physical demands and environmental factors of the role:

  • This is an onsite position. In this role, you will work in an office setting and residential buildings
  • In this position you will frequently need to move about to coordinate work. This includes walking the property and climbing the stairs
