Position Overview

As a Multi-Functional Service Agent, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service within the airline industry. This position offers a competitive starting wage of $15.50 per hour.

Core Responsibilities:

This role is centered around ensuring a seamless experience for all customers utilizing our services. Your attentiveness to customer needs and prompt handling of inquiries will be crucial. Key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Managing ticket processing, baggage check-in, and seat assignments.
  • Providing accurate information regarding flight schedules, boarding processes, and baggage regulations.
  • Addressing denied boarding situations by seeking volunteers and offering appropriate accommodations.
  • Adhering to FAA, airline, and airport regulations while ensuring safety and security protocols are followed.
  • Assisting customers with special requirements, including boarding assistance.
  • Handling baggage loading and unloading tasks efficiently.
  • Marshaling aircraft and facilitating safe pushback procedures.
  • Exhibiting strong communication skills.
  • Working effectively in various outdoor conditions.
  • Physically capable of lifting and moving items weighing up to 70 lbs.
  • Proficient in English; bilingual abilities are advantageous.
  • Demonstrating the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Availability for varied shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
  • Willingness to participate in mandatory training sessions.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license is necessary.
