As a key member of our team at Bob Simpson - State Farm Agent, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join us as an Office Sales Representative. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who is passionate about helping our business grow through value-based conversations and exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Needs-Based Review Process: Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Competitive Compensation: Salary plus commission/bonus structure to ensure a rewarding income potential.
- Benefits Package: Simple IRA, Group Life Insurance Benefits, Health benefits, and Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days).
- Sales Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Insurance Knowledge: Enthusiasm about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.
- Team Player: Ability to work in a team environment and effectively relate to customers.
- Language Skills: Bilingual - Spanish preferred.
