Front Desk Assistant

Large, Fast paced Paralegal firm looking for a highly motivated, organized individual who can multi task and is willing to go the extra mile to help their team
We are looking for someone who is eager to have a long-term position where growth is possible and challenges are welcomed. Someone who will go above and beyond and can recognize when something needs attention and completion with little direction from others.

Primary responsibilities will consist of:
Answering and filtering incoming calls
Scanning, filtering and forwarding documents
Transition between other departments to assist in multiple tasks
Requirements:
Computer Literate *must
Multi-line Phone experience *preferred
Bi-lingual *plus
2 years Reception or Customer Service experience *preferred

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Perform at an Efficient and Organized level
Ability to take on multiple tasks
Absorb information quickly
retain the details/duties of each role/task given
Job details:
Willing to train the right person
Shifts will run between 8am – 5pm, Mon - Fri
Pay is dependent on experience with annual increases
