Job Summary-  Reviews and analyzes assigned customer accounts for accuracy and makes collection calls. Determines creditworthiness of new and existing customers.

The Credit Analyst is responsible and accountable for-
  • Process lien waivers for payments, and prepare month end reports.
  • Apply all cash receipts to customer accounts.
  • Make recommendations for accounts needing further action such as collection agency.
  • Initiates debt/credit memos for account adjustments.
  • Maintains account reconciliations to ensure change orders received to keep money flowing.
  • Run D&B reports and customer credit references checks.
Experience and other Requirements-
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be customer focused and a problem solver.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; experience with .pdf editor is preferred.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
