Product Launch Specialist

services that empower our clients and drive our growth. We are seeking a dynamic and detailoriented Product Launch Specialist to join our team in St. Louis. This role is pivotal to our success in ensuring that new products are launched effectively, efficiently, and in alignment with our
company's vision.


Key Responsibilities:


As a Product Launch Specialist, you will:
Launch Planning: Develop detailed launch plans and budgets for each new product,
ensuring alignment with Tesseon's vision and timelines.
Execution & Coordination: Execute and manage launch plans, coordinating effectively
with all stakeholders, and proactively removing obstacles to ensure successful product
launches.
Status Reporting: Provide regular status reports and scorecards to track the progress of
each launch.
Product Vetting: Participate in the vetting, benchmarking and formalizing of all new
products/services.
Financial Tracking: Track costs and understand the resource requirements for scaling
products/services.
Revenue Monitoring: Report on projected versus actual revenue targets for each launch.
Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing to ensure sufficient assets and practices are in
place for immediate engagement and revenue generation, and with Sales to ensure the new
products/services are market-ready and effectively sellable.
Finance Coordination: Collaborate with Finance to ensure commerce accuracy and
smooth transition of financial information for accurate billing and revenue collection.
Process Development: Develop proven processes, procedures, and training to ensure
effective transition to operations or other functional areas as required.
Transition Management: Ensure a clean and accepted hand-off of launched and vetted
products/services to operations.
Additional Responsibilities: Take on other responsibilities as needed to support
successful product launches.


Measurables:
• Deliver each new product/service 100% on-time and with 100% quality assurance, meeting
Tesseon's vision, timelines, and corresponding cost and revenue projections.


Qualifications:
• Proven experience in product launch management or a similar role.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.


Experience:
o Bachelor's Degree
o Product/Service launch experience 1 year
o Excellent communication skills
o Critical thinking skills
o Project management experience 2-3 years
o MS product experience/technically literate
