Position Overview:

Prowest Roofing and Restoration is seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Sales/Project Manager to join our team on a 1099 commission-only basis. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing damaged projects from start to finish. This position offers the opportunity to earn substantial commissions based on performance while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities related to repair and restoration.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, offering tailored solutions for their roofing and restoration needs.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets to maximize commission earnings.

  • Managing and pursuing sales leads provided by the office

Project Management:

  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of projects, from initial assessment to project completion.

  • Coordinate with roofing crews, restoration experts, and clients to ensure projects are executed efficiently and to the highest standards.

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, addressing any issues that arise to keep projects on track.

  • Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients and internal teams.

Client and Team Coordination:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns throughout the project.

  • Facilitate communication between clients, field teams, and the Prowest LLC office to ensure smooth operations.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support to enhance client satisfaction and foster repeat business.

Compensation:

This is a 1099 commission-only position. Earnings are based on sales performance and project management success. High earning potential for motivated and results-driven individuals.
