Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and sports-minded sales representative to join our team. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for delivering interactive sales presentations for solar, roofing, and HVAC products while building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Professionally canvass neighborhoods to pre-qualify homeowners for energy and home improvement products
  • Set follow-up appointments to discuss custom project and financing options
  • Utilize company CRM and technology tools to prospect and track leads
  • Monitor performance against team and company metrics and participate in continuous training for improvement
  • Attend community events to promote Advosy Home products and acquire leads
  • Strategically network and expand customer base
  • Provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • Outstanding customer service experience
  • Outgoing and self-motivated
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen and resolve issues
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to multitask and adapt to new technologies and sales strategies
  • Desire to help homes and families save money and live more sustainably
  • Reliable transportation and cell phone required
