Brand Ambassador Manager

The Field Brand Manager is responsible for driving the growth of Gold Flora owned brands in the field and through our Brand Ambassador program. The Brand Manager will provide guidance to the BA team, focusing on key brands such as Cruisers, Roll Bleezy, Gold Flora, and Current.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the BA program, including hiring, training, and developing BAs to execute PADs for the Gold Flora Corp house or brands.
  • Increase the number of accounts carrying one or more GF brands.
  • Boost sales revenue by store for the GF brands.
  • Identify slow-moving stores and implement revenue-driving initiatives.
  • Conduct in-person BT training and trade show events as applicable.
  • Open new, unsold accounts.
  • Communicate new brand developments to Sales Managers and Sales Reps.
  • Work with Sales Reps to drive sales and awareness of GF brands.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in field sales.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of trends and ability to respond to customers' wishes.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Management skills.

Work Environment:

  • Operations: This position will work in an indoor manufacturing facility with controlled temperatures.
  • Retail: This position will work in an indoor facility with controlled temperatures.
  • This job operates in a professional office environment and requires frequent travel.
