Location: Richmond Hill, GA 100% onsite
Hours: 8 am- 5 pm Monday-Friday
Pay: $26.44-31.25/hr based on experience, education and certifications
The Corporate Recruiter will provide recruiting and hiring support for several manufacturing locations in the Savannah area. The Corporate Recruiter will source for hourly production, maintenance, engineering, quality and professional positions.
Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruiting for hourly production, maintenance, engineering, quality, and professional positions
- Work with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop a recruiting action plan
- Create and publish job postings using various sources
- Source, screen and submit candidates to hiring managers
- Utilize an applicant tracking system to maintain candidates through the hiring process
- Coordinate and participate in virtual and on-site interviews
- Outreach to recruiting agency partners for assistance with hiring needs
- Coordinate new hire onboarding to include offer, drug and background checks and scheduling orientation

Qualifications for the Corporate Recruiter:
- Bachelor's in human resources, business administration or related field
- PHR or SHRM-CP preferred
- 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook
- Experience working in an applicant tracking system (ATS)
