Onset Financial of Draper, UT is seeking to hire talented sales professionals to join our fast-paced, high-energy team as an Account Executive. This position earns awesome commissions + $75,000 base pay Onset was rated as one of the best places to work in Utah, and after having our best year ever in 2021, we are excited to be growing our team in 2022

What you will be doing:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients
  • Consistently use internal CRM tool to prospect for new customers, track progress on leads and follow-up for new business
  • Sell the benefits of Onset to decision makers
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of leads
  • Close customers by showing them the benefits of doing business with Onset
  • Report weekly on your pipeline
  • Collaborate with Credit and Documentation teams to ensure transactions meet all underwriting and documentation requirements
  • Meet daily production and quarterly sales goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients

What you should have:

  • Two years Business to business (B2B) sales experience (or other qualified sales experience)
  • College degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Ability to successfully sell over the phone
  • Ability to manage high-dollar transactions
  • Ability to take and implement feedback
  • Positive attitude, fearless work ethic
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
