**The Role**

Were looking for a Customer Experience Engineer to maintain a number of methods of transaction data ingestion. This person should have experience with engineering tools and be comfortable navigating complex topics, situations, and conversations with our Customer Experience team and users.

Customer Experience Engineers are expected to represent TaxBit in a professional and friendly manner. It helps to have a passion for and curiosity about crypto and tax and accounting as you strive to become an authority on TaxBits products. Our team also requires the highest level of teamwork and trust to achieve our organizational goals.Youll help implement solutions in an effort to deliver amazing experiences and capabilities for our customers and clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

* Provide technical feedback to Engineering teams concerning the following: product changes and enhancements; design; reliability; maintenance problems; and bugs.

* Work with Engineering teams and Customer Experience teams to enhance product features based on customer issues

* Create documentation of escalation processes

* Provide excellent customer service when working with customers or clients in high stress situations on complex problems

* Work in a graph database environment on an Asset Service

* Work on automated CSV Converters to normalize customer data

**Required Qualifications**

* Experience in programming environment and tooling

* Experience working in Atlassian Products like JIRA

* Excellent cross-team communication

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel or familiarity working with data spreadsheets

* Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal

**Desired Skills**

* Personal or professional experience with cryptocurrency

* Work experience as a technical support engineer, desktop support engineer, or similar

* Comfortable working with large amounts of data and numbers

* Ability to learn quickly, multitask, and pivot to different types of projects
