Duties:
- Prepare and maintain financial records and reports for the organization - Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial transactions - Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements - Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Collaborate with external auditors during the annual audit process - Manage accounts payable and ensure timely payment of invoices - Processed payroll by weekly and file 941 & 940 on time.
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices - Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP - Better have Language skill by Mandarin for oversea payments- Experience with governmental accounting is a plus - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits:
-Sick Leave: 6 hours of sick leave (every month); (Benefits must pass the trial period to take effect)
-Vacation pay—5 days in the first year. For each year of seniority, one day will be added in the next year. The maximum limit—30 days per year
-Health insurance subsidy - after reaching a certain number of years and passing the work performance evaluation. From $2,400/year to the maximum limit - $10,000/year.
-Education and training—the company will send employees to occasional labor terms briefings and provide occasional opportunities to participate in tax promotion seminars.
