Job Summary:

We are seeking a Maintenance Manager for our facility, who will be responsible for leading the

maintenance team, managing daily operations, and ensuring optimal operational effectiveness. This is a

key leadership role that involves hands-on troubleshooting, managing multiple vendors, and maintaining

regulatory compliance, while also improving equipment efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in both electrical and mechanical systems, as

well as excellent leadership and communication skills to explain complex concepts to a non-technical

audience. The Maintenance Manager will develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and

lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Specific must haves:

• Great leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to explain complex ideas and concepts to non-technical crowd.

• Self-motivated, organized, and trustworthy.

• Experience managing multiple vendors and working with all different types of people from

employees to management.

• Develop and maintain a plan that ensures OPTIMAL operational effectiveness.

• Resolve equipment problems and keep regulatory compliance.

• Proficient in electrical knowledge, Layouts, etc..

• Knowledge of switchgear, breakers a plu

• Proficient in mechanical knowledge – Bearings, Motors, Hydraulics, valves etc

• Proficient in the knowledge of TI improvements/installation – Power/Water/Air connections

• Proficient in Preventive maintenance program – Program set up and implementation: Oil change,

filter change, system maintenance etc

• Ability to deal with water/power/air contractors as and when needed on new projects and/or on

maintenance issues

• Ability to be hands on floor and work hand in hand with fellow maintenance technicians

• Team player and ability to work in fast paced environments.
