Job DescriptionJob Description

Well-established civil engineering and land surveying company seeking an energetic, motivated, entrepreneurial spirited individual to join our team as Office Manager.

The position will consist of a mix of administrative and office/project management duties. Typical duties will include but not be limited to answering phones/clerical tasks, entering timesheets for billable professionals, invoicing clients, accounts receivable, setting up new jobs, ordering office supplies, preparing proposals, reproduction of deliverable documents, assisting with scheduling field work at clients' properties, and overseeing/tracking project schedules and progress. The position will also consist of assisting with marketing, recruiting new team members, and special projects as they arise.

The candidate must be able to work individually as well as in a team, have an outgoing and energetic personality, excellent verbal and written communication skills, be comfortable with frequent phone interactions, be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment, and be a fast learner. The candidate should be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with billing/accounting software is preferred but we would be willing to train the right individual.

Our company offers completive pay, health benefits, a 401K plan with an employer contribution, and paid holidays and time off. Salary based on qualifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
