About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Escrow Officer to join our team at Anywhere Real Estate. As an Escrow Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and verify contracts and paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Work with agents, buyers, and sellers to resolve issues and ensure timely closings
  • Manage multiple contracts and transactions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Collaborate with lenders and underwriters to ensure accurate funding and completion of transactions
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry partners, including agents, attorneys, and government agencies
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with continuing education courses as required
  • 2-3 years of escrow experience, with both front- and back-end experience
  • Notary public and escrow officer licenses
  • Technical knowledge of the closing process
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 year of escrow closing experience
  • An existing client base that will follow you to our company
