Job DescriptionJob Description

Stalwart Law Group, a highly respected boutique civil litigation firm, is seeking a full-time intake and medical records clerk to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in medical records review and handling firm intakes including medical malpractice, personal injury and employment cases.

This position is integral to the firm and primary duties/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

·       Answer inbound calls with stellar customer service, professionalism, enthusiasm, and compassion

·       Quickly and accurately assess and determine the initial viability of potential client calls during the intake screening process

·       Track and maintain meticulous records and details about firm leads including managing multiple referral source platforms

·       Ability to review and evaluate medical records and bills on behalf of clients

·       Ability to clearly articulate and summarize the facts of the case and injuries/damages sustained by the client

·       Communicate effectively with attorneys and staff about potential cases

Qualifications:

·       Law office records clerk experience (min. 2 years)

·       Medical and legal terminology (strongly preferred)

·       Strong attention to detail, analytical abilities, and resourcefulness

·       Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints with minimal supervision

·       Bachelor's Degree (strongly preferred)

·       Bilingual in Spanish is preferred

·       Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Lead Docket or similar intake/case management software.
