Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced individual to fill an immediate opening as an Order Entry and Warehouse Associate (Float Position). This role is dynamic and requires flexibility and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

  • Office Duties:
  • Act as a customer liaison, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Answer phones and enter sales orders.
  • Warehouse Duties:
  • If needed assist in pulling orders and packaging small hardware items when needed. (lifting up to 70 lbs.)
  • Begin your training in the warehouse to become familiar with our products and processes. Training duration will depend on your skill level.
  • General Expectations:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate strong computer skills.
  • Possess a clear speaking voice, both in person and over the phone.
  • PASS a criminal background check and drug test.

  • Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate with team members.
  • Self-starter who can identify areas for improvement and address them proactively.
  • Organizational skills with an emphasis on cleanliness and efficiency.

Additional qualifications (Helpful, but not necessary)

  • Prior experience with small parts distribution or supply chain logistics (electrical industry).
  • Experience with known ERP or CRM software
  • MS Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, etc.
  • Forklift or stock picker

  • 7 days combined vacation/personal time after 1st full year of employment.

  • M-F, 8am-4pm, overtime available on a limited basis.
