  • Copying and scanning
  • Answering employee's request via email and phone
  • Onboarding - scheduling new hire appointments (virtual and in person), fingerprinting, and taking ID badge pictures
  • Work closely with the training department during the onboarding process
  • Must know how to use Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, and TEAMS (preferred)
  • Customer service skills are a must. Candidates must be able to communicate verbally and in written form

This is an eight-week assignment that could be extended depending on the workload
