Key Responsibilities


Human Resources

  • Provide human resources support.
  • Coordinate hiring processes with executives.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assist in conducting annual reviews of benefits providers.
  • Manage employee relations and training.
  • Assist in formulation job descriptions and maintain yearly employee reviews.
  • Create and monitor KPIs for each employee and department.


Information Technology

  • Lead the company initiative of implementing a single source of truth (SSOT) system for document management and workflows.
  • Oversee technology management.
  • Handle IT issues and manage IT vendors.
  • Administer multiple software systems.
  • Set up new user software systems.
  • Oversee technological troubleshooting and support.
  • Track company technology inventory.


Operations

  • Work in conjunction with all company departments to accomplish common set of goals and objectives
  • Establish and continuously improve company policies.
  • Establish protocols for all division/department operations.
  • Manage corporate and department level vendor relationships.


Financial Management

  • Jointly create and monitor corporate and department level annual budgets.
  • Review corporate/entity level financial reports.
  • Monitor financial performance.
  • Ensure vendor efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage vendor contracts, tracking expirations, notices and budgeting.


Marketing and Sales

  • Coordinate corporate brand recognition, marketing strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Support Marketing and Brokerage with process and procedure initiatives and implementation, as well establish metrics for monitoring and accountability.
  • Identify revenue growth opportunities.
  • Oversee compliance and transaction management.


Leadership

  • Promote the company vision and mission.
  • Report to partners and stakeholders.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor strategic plans.
  • Oversee team level performance and collaboration.
  • Encourage creative opportunities and team development.
  • Help establish, implement, and monitor KPIs for each department/employee.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Information Technology related degree with relevant business or operational experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an operational or technology drive role, preferably within the professional services industry (real estate, banking, insurance, legal, etc.)
  • Proven ability to develop and implement operational strategies that drive business growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.
  • Experience in firms who have completed Mergers or Acquisitions is a plus.
  • Experience or familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) concepts is a plus
