As our Recruitment Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our hiring process, ensuring that every candidate's experience is smooth, conducted with professionalism, and a dedication to excellence.

Your Daily Responsibilities

Creating a positive and professional atmosphere is essential in making candidates feel appreciated and eager to join our organization.

Overseeing interview arrangements, background verifications, offer documentation, and various recruitment initiatives with accuracy, ensuring everything operates seamlessly.

Working closely with Recruitment Partners, hiring managers, and candidates. You will be the essential link that facilitates effective communication and operations.

Maintaining the accuracy of our recruitment data and assisting in enhancing the use of our internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS). You will provide insights and enable processes that support our growth as a team and as business partners.

Qualifications

1-2 years or more of relevant administrative and/or support experience in a professional setting, collaborating with teams and providing assistance.

Experience in the Recruitment or Human Resources field and/or familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems would be a considerable advantage.

Experience in coordinating, managing, and organizing schedules, correspondence, documents, and status tracking or reporting for various stakeholders.

Highly proficient with corporate calendar systems; experience with Outlook is preferred.

Highly skilled in MS-Office/O365 or similar; advanced or expert-level skills would be beneficial.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
