Remote and Hybrid positions available. Responsibilities: Data Gathering and Organization· Assist advisors in collecting client data· Gather and organize data· Identify missing dataData Entry and Analysis· Enter data into financial planning software· Check data entry via self-audit· Perform preliminary case analysisDeliverable Creation· Create financial planning deliverable per advisor specifications· Work with advisor to identify strategies· Prepare preliminary client recommendations for advisor· Edit final document to make it a client-friendly, professional deliverableOther· Self-directed workflow· Perform other financial analysis as requested by advisors

Qualifications: Must haves· 2-3 years' experience in a financial advisory firm as a  financial plan writer or financial planning specialist. Ameriprise experience a plus.· 2-3 years' experience with financial planning software. To qualify for this position, you must have at least 2 years' experience writing plans with NaviPlan, MoneyGuide, or eMoney.· Strong analytical and writing skills· Strong attention to detail, positive attitude and desire to learn· An interest in financial planning and investment management· Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and the ability to learn financial planning software· Ability to work independently· Ability to adhere to rules and regulations required by advisors, Ameriprise Financial, and FINRA (Financial Industry Regulation Authority)· High School Diploma, or equivalentNice to Haves· Bachelor’s Degree Application Requirement - Resume and Cover letterPlease include a cover letter as part of your application packet.
