Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Scheduling Specialist - Construction Industry to join our team The Production Clerk will coordinate the flow of work and materials between departments as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency. 

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Jobs to techs and installer on a daily basis
  • Review and distribute supplies and shipments in a timely manner 
  • Confer with other departments to determine progress of work and completion dates
  • Compile reports on payroll and inventory levels
  • Review and communicate schedule status reports 
  • Serve as point of contact between back office, warehouse, installer/tech and customers

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in construction related fields in a BIG PLUS +
  • Previous experience in Rain Gutter or Garage Door Industry is a BIG PLUS +
  • Minimum of 2 years of office experience in scheduling job is a must
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well in teams
  • Spanish speaking ability would be a big PLUS
