Office Manager

We are seeking an Office Manager/Customer Service Specialist to join our team You will be responsible various administrative tasks and for helping customers and sales reps by providing product information and resolving issues.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a small office with a few staff members
- Manage systems and processes in place and make improvements to them
- Provide information about the products
- Handle Customer inquiries and questions via phone and email
- Resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records in Netsuite computer system (ERP) based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products
- Invoicing and receiving payments into ERP
Qualifications:
- Previous experience managing an office
- Previous experience managing systems and processes
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with customers and sales team
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent email writing/communication skills
- Excellent verbal/communication skills
