Wolcott offers a fun, fast-paced, creative work environment nestled in the Los Feliz neighborhood in Los Angeles. This is a part-time temporary (potential for permanent) position.
Los Angeles: 5 days, 20-25 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Be the welcoming face of our studio, managing phone and front desk duties and greeting clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Provide stellar administrative support to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Coordinate meal and drink orders and studio events from client meetings to team celebrations.
- Take charge of office supplies and inventory management, keeping everything stocked and organized.
- Communicate with vendors, ensuring smooth collaboration.
- Keep our office shipshape with general tidiness.
- Provide essential support to our staff, lending a helping hand wherever needed.
- A friendly demeanor with polished communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities to juggle multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Attention to detail, especially when it comes to meal and drink orders, office supplies and inventory.
- Strong hospitality skills that demonstrate a desire to provide seamless and enthusiastic service for our partners, staff, and visitors.
- Basic administrative skills.
- Experience in Microsoft office suite with proficiency in Outlook and Excel - basic to intermediate level.
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and handle general office maintenance tasks.
- Tech-savvy with a knack for troubleshooting IT issues.
- A team player attitude with a willingness to positively support colleagues in their tasks.
Local, Los Angeles candidates only. This is an onsite position at our office in Los Angeles. No remote candidates please.
