Talent Acquisition Manager

Are you an experienced recruiting leader with a knack for building exceptional teams? We’re seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager to lead our client's national recruiting efforts and drive the staffing strategy across the organization. In this role, you'll design and execute a comprehensive recruiting plan, leveraging both traditional and creative methods to find the best talent. You'll manage the entire selection process, from evaluating candidates to overseeing onboarding, while ensuring all TA policies and performance metrics are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Talent Acquisition: Efficiently recruit for executive, managerial, and business support roles, proactively building a pool of qualified candidates.
- Team Leadership: Effectively lead a cohesive TA team and direct all metrics and employee development for the department.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with managers to determine staffing needs and establish recruiting requirements aligned with organizational goals.
- Source Development: Cultivate and maintain relationships with diverse recruiting sources, tracking their effectiveness and ensuring ongoing communication to meet organizational needs.
- Job Specifications: Develop and refine job descriptions and summaries, keeping the selection process current and effective.
- Innovative Recruiting: Craft engaging job advertisements and utilize social media and industry job sites to attract top candidates.
- ATS Management: Optimize the use of our ATS (Clear Company) to ensure data accuracy and effective use of its features.
- Interview Process: Conduct comprehensive phone and in-person interviews, verify references, and recommend candidates who best meet job requirements.
- Enhancing Attractiveness: Suggest and implement new policies and practices to improve our organization’s appeal, including compensation recommendations and benefits emphasis.
- Compliance: Stay up-to-date with hiring laws and regulations, enforcing compliance and providing training on legislative changes.
- New Hire Integration: Follow up with new hires to ensure satisfaction and a good fit within the company culture.
- Training & Development: Train hiring managers on effective selection processes and the use of assessment tools.
- Reporting: Track and report on performance metrics and KPIs using the Perdoo system.
- Professional Growth: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices through professional development opportunities.
- Additional Duties: Take on other responsibilities as needed to support the team.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and implement proactive staffing strategies and talent forecasting plans.
- Process-Oriented: Strong focus on creating efficient and effective recruiting processes.
- HR Expertise: Deep understanding of HR functions, compliance, and labor laws.
- ATS Proficiency: Experience with ATS systems (ClearCo and ADP experience preferred).
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- People Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and sound judgment.
- Professionalism: Assertive and professional with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Communication: Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive HR matters with discretion.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working with all levels of management and candidates.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in corporate recruiting, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Detail Focus: Strong attention to detail is crucial.
- HR Experience: Background in a Human Resources professional environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred.
$130K DOE + Annual Bonus
