Our company is seeking ​an Administration Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our team You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company and administrative tasks.

Manufacturing and Construction Industry experience required.

Responsibilities:

  • Code transactions regularly
  • Create bills and invoice customers within QuickBooks accounting software
  • Collaborate on budgets and projections with management
  • Report on pricing trends within the business
  • Maintain clean and orderly records and files documenting transactions

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in manufacturing and construction accounting, finance, or other related fields
  • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
  • Ability to learn new applications quickly
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
